[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It’s hard for us to write the Terms and Conditions of Bablingua since we’re just two World language teachers with no legal background. We’d love you to contact us if you have any questions about what we do so we can have a real a conversation, but we also want to offer the following list hoping that it helps:

– Rules of account use: Bablingua is a site for teachers and school administrators. The website is not available to any users under the age of 18.

– User subscriptions: Individual teachers, schools and universities can buy a subscription from us to get access to our resources for a year. Access will be provided to all the staff of the same learning center through the same account, which means they will have to share the same logging details. Users are not allowed to publish that information in public sites.

– Termination in case of abuse: Teachers can download, print, modify and copy the activities included in the lessons. They can also play the videos without any kind of limits, and school account users are allowed to download the videos to their own devices. The only reason to terminate the subscription would be to resell our resources, which teachers are not allowed to do.

– Accuracy of the provided information: As teachers, it’s our goal to share our language and culture with your students in the best possible way. We really make an effort to make all the information of the different lessons totally accurate, and we’re open to change all the content that may not follow that goal. Having said that, please keep in mind that this site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
